Park

The park

The park of Villa Carlotta Mozzo has ancient origins: already in the 1700s it was described as a “viridarium,” meaning a place of evergreen trees. Characterised by the clean lines of an Italian-style garden, the entrance avenue is lined with hornbeam trees, which continue along the central avenue where pairs of putti representing trades and crafts will lead you to the statue of Neptune.
The garden also features imposing Lebanon cedars over 450 years old, as well as specimens of magnolia, beech, yew, black locust (Robinia), linden and Norway spruce.
